Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We are accepting patients of all ages for both functional medicine consults and primary care.
Do you take insurance?
No, we are out of network with all insurers but can provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA account payments.
Can I use my insurance for blood work and functional medicine labs?
Yes, in most cases you should be able to bill third party insurance plans. However, coverage depends on deductibles. Many functional medicine labs are not able to be billed to insurance. It is best to speak to your provider on a case by case basis to determine when it is best to bill insurance.
Can Vital Life Functional Medicine be my primary care provider?
Yes. Meneah is a trained family nurse practitioner. However, keep in mind that we are out of network with insurance and we do not have extended office hours. Any emergent or acute needs can potentially be addressed during office hours but most often it is recommended that you use an acute care clinic or the emergency department for issues that need immediate attention.
